Wearing the right bra is a life changer, especially if you have a larger chest. My mother always made me think that to be a woman is to be in pain. She also made me feel very ashamed of my "larger" chest. I was a 36 D young girl in a 36 B bra for 8 years of my life. Yes, I had a double boob spill over situation that resulted in me wearing two bras to mimic a flat chest. At the age of 24, I was able to find my correct size. Even then I had neck and back pains. I used to even avoid exercise because the sports bras would pull on my neck and I would be in so much pain. I am sure that many females are facing the same problem that I had, that is why I am here to help.
General rules:
My Favorite Bras:
General rules:
- Doubling up on bras is not the answer!
- The girls need to breath. So change into a more breathable less restricting bra by the end of the day. I love Bali Comfort Revolution.
- Get measured: Your size will change, weight loss or gain will change your bra size dramatically. I used to be a 36 B now I am a 32 DDD(F) after I lost weight.
- If you are D+ size look for a wide strap and wide back. You want the forces generated by gravity to be evenly distributed.
- Opt for sports bras that have a strap and cup size instead of a S,M,L.
- Wired or Wire-Free? It is up to you. Most of the larger cup bras out there are wired for maximum support, but there are also some good wire-free bras.

2. Light weight by Victoria: This is the closest option to my favorite bra from VS. They do not have a
DDD option but I found that going to a 34 DD was good enough. I would
suggest going up a band size. For example 34 DD go to 36 D. Lightweight by victoria sport bra
I will be testing: Angle Max Sport Bra
